Your products will be formulated, packaged into your branded containers, and shipped to customers a few days after their order on your store.
In the next few steps you'll see how orders are automatically shipped by viaGlamour.
1. Your store received an order
Customers can create orders with your store in-person, Shopify, Square, Zapier, or anywhere else. The customer's entire payment is always deposited into your selected payout method managed by the platform you're using to host your storefront. For example, if you made a sale on your online store hosted by Shopify the customer's order would be added to your existing list of orders managed by Shopify. The customers payment is deposited into your bank account in full, without fees taken out by viaGlamour.
2. Your card is charged
viaGlamour will calculate the cost of producing your customer order and having it shipped out to the customer. For example, viaGlamour charges $5 to create one lipstick and approximately $4.99 to ship orders to an area like New York, US. Your card would be charged a transaction of $9.99 before the order can be created for the customer. The customer's original payment to purchase your products is deposited into your bank account in full without fees. So if your customer paid $20 for the lipstick with free shipping, your total profit from this order would have been $10.01.
3. Shopify notifies viaGlamour
New customer orders are automatically picked up by viaGlamour. If your order didn't automatically get synced with viaGlamour, you can click on the request fulfillment button that pushes your customer order to viaGlamour to fulfill.
4 .viaGlamour gets notified
You'll always receive an email notification from viaGlamour when a new order is fulfilled. If there is something preventing the order from being shipped, you'll be alerted by email and with an alert on the timeline of comments beneath the order purchase details on your store.
If your account doesn't have enough funds to pay for the customer's selected shipping costs the order will be declined. You can quickly resolve this by adding any credit card to your account and then requesting order fulfillment again.
5. Fulfillment response
If an order is accepted for fulfillment you'll be notified by email and the order will no longer prompt you to request fulfillment. Tracking numbers are attached to the order automatically a few days after the order was synced by viaGlamour.
6. Tracking orders
Your customers will receive a notification from your storefront that their order has shipped after viaGlamour has finishing formulating the customer's order. These notifications are sent with your branding only to the customer that purchased from your storefront.
