viaGlamour does not accept free returns on used cosmetics or skincare products.
Return Requests
At viaGlamour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We cannot accept returns of used cosmetics or beauty accessories for hygiene reasons, but we do offer product replacements if there are any problems with your order or products.
If you would like to return an item for a reason unrelated to the original manufacturing of the product, we ask that you contact us to provide your own business address to handle the return. You can also use apps like Shopify or Loop to help you print a return label. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns in this case.
If there is a problem with a product, such as receiving the wrong color than what was originally purchased, viaGlamour will not ask for a return of the items. Instead, we will send out a replacement product free of charge, without any additional shipping costs for you or the customer.

Eligibility
Not all products are eligible for a replacement by viaGlamour.
- Customer has to provide a photo of the incorrectly received item.
- Product was shipped incorrect by viaGlamour using the store's provided packing list.
- The customer did not engage is abusive behavior towards customer support staff.
Lost Shipments
At viaGlamour, we understand that shipping mishaps can happen, and we want to provide our customers with peace of mind when it comes to their orders. If your store is on the Business plan or higher, we provide shipping insurance for your orders.
Please note that this insurance only provides coverage for orders that were shipped with full tracking and have not received a tracking update in more than thirty business days. Additionally, viaGlamour support must be given at least thirty days to attempt to recover the package from the carrier it was shipped with.
If the package is identified as lost by viaGlamour under these conditions, we will re-ship your order free of charge using an alternative shipping method.
We want to make sure that you have a positive experience with viaGlamour, and we hope that our shipping insurance provides an extra layer of protection for your orders. Shipped to incorrect addresses
We want to ensure that your orders are delivered to the correct address. If your order was shipped to an address that does not exist within the United States or Canada, the original package will eventually be returned to us weeks later. We will then be able to ship the package again to a new address of your choice.
Please note that your account will be charged for shipping fees a second time for the reshipment of the package. This is to cover the costs of shipping the package again to a new address.
