All of our storefronts are being updated with a new feature to give customers an easy way to track the status of their order. Customers will see the status of their order immediately after completing a successful purchase and updates will be sent to their email after their order has been shipped.
The form is pre-populated with the tracking number from your customer’s latest order, gives them another opportunity to browse your store, and showcases every checkpoint that the package has passed through. Everything is beautifully integrated into your storefronts for free. It will be available next week for all shop owners.
