Quick start

viaGlamour is a Shopify app that allows anyone to create their own makeup line. We are looking for agencies that can provide customer support to our customers in exchange for a 20% cut off subscription revenue. This documentation provides details on our affiliate program and how to qualify for it.

Eligibility

Agencies that qualify for the viaGlamour affiliate program will receive a 20% cut off subscription revenue in exchange for providing customer support to our customers. To be eligible for the program, agencies must:

1. Handle more than 10 customers monthly
2. Respond to customer inquiries within two business days
3. Provide high-quality customer support

Getting your unique install link

Agencies interested in the viaGlamour affiliate program should follow the steps below:

1. Contact hey@viaglamour.com
2. Request an affiliate link and provide a summary of merchants you've previously referred
3. Provide your payout details to get paid monthly from new referrals
4. Install merchants through a unique link provided by viaGlamour

Payment terms

Agencies that qualify for the viaGlamour affiliate program will receive a 20% cut off subscription revenue paid monthly. Payments will be made via Stripe (credit cards) minutes after each subscription renews their plan with viaGlamour.

Expectations

To remain eligible for the viaGlamour affiliate program, agencies must provide high-quality customer support to our customers. This includes responding to inquiries within two business days and providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues. By being an agency partner of viaGlamour you are taking on the responsibility of paying viaGlamour for subscription fees as the primary account holder, and install viaGlamour onto development plan storefronts with merchant support throughout the handoff process.
