Shipping policy
We want your customers to absolutely love your cosmetics and receive them as quickly as possible. For all sample orders of products that have new brand new designs, you should expect products to ship within 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of your artwork files. Original high-quality designs will be prepared for production faster and ship out to your address noticeably sooner. If there are any issues preventing us from fulfilling an order, your account manager at viaGlamour will contact you with the saved information on your account.
Customer orders will often get formulated faster than sample orders because your designs may have been previously prepared for orders. Orders of 1-3 items often ship within a few days of being fulfilled. Larger order sizes and wholesale product orders will take longer to prepare due the complexity of packing large bulk orders with care for your customers.
Orders are shipped with the shipping profile selected at checkout and will rarely be modified during the fulfillment process. If you select a shipping method of 3-4 days with USPS, viaGlamour will dispatch the order with the same shipping profile after the products have been formulated and packaged into your packaging. If you select a slower shipping method to save on shipping costs, orders will take longer to arrive to your address. The formulation time of an order will not influence the shipping method that's used for shipping.
### Add our policy
All of our cosmetics, skincare, and beauty accessories are made on-demand. The products are formulated and packaged within a few days of your order. Allow up to a week for orders to be dispatched with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. Shipping times differ between each of the shipping methods shown at checkout checkout and the country where the products are being shipped to. You can expect orders in Canada to take up to 10 days to arrive, up to 7 days for the United States, and up to three weeks for international orders. A tracking number will always be provided for orders, and we recommend referring to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimated delivery date.
