How fast is formulation?

Most products complete formulation and ship within 2-7 days. This can become faster as your store gains popularity and increases monthly sales. Initial sample orders can take 2-14 days to ship because your designs have to be prepared for print.

Is shipping international?

We ship to all countries that offer reasonably priced shipping and works with USPS, UPS, or Canada Post. It includes the following countries: United States, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Japan, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, Israel, Norway, Sweden, Brazil, Singapore, Ireland, Belgium, Russian Federation, Finland, Denmark, Austria, Hong Kong, South Korea and Thailand.

How will I be billed?

We’ll ask you to add funds (credits) that will be deducted to pay for viaGlamour’s expense of producing, formulating, and shipping your orders. For example, we may deduct 10 credits to produce your lipgloss formula and ship it to a customer. These are non-refundable and automatically deducted if a customer purchases a product from your store.

Can I sell other items?

Yes! We’ll only fulfill the cosmetic orders you create through this app. You’re more than welcome to sell other items alongside your cosmetics line.

Are there any hidden fees?

None! We’ll only deduct credits from your account to fulfill an order. There are no contracts, hidden fees, or formulation setup fees. Cancel anytime.

Can I change a customer's address?

You will need to contact viaGlamour to change an order’s address. Order information can only be changed before it has shipped.

Where can I change the stickers?

Only some items are eligible for custom stickers by default. If your store receives more than a thousand orders of your cosmetics per month, please reach out to support to get custom labeling.

Are there returns?

We want your customers to absolutely love the products in your order. If an item in a customer’s order is defective or incomplete, please contact us; we’ll replace that item for you. We’ll provide replacements only on damages that happened during formulation, but not for products that were damaged through customer’s neglect, shipping, or everyday use.

What are the shipping rates?

Unlike viaGlamour’s platform which charges variables shipping rates, for Shopify we charge flat fees. Shipping to the United States is $2.99 via USPS. Shipping to anywhere in Canada will cost $7.99 via Canada Post. International shipping outside of the US and Canada will cost $3.99 via Ascendia. A tracking number is included for all orders. If an order can’t be delivered because of an invalid address (ex: incorrect house number) we’ll ask you to pay for shipping again and a $5 customs fee.
